Kim Christensen

Boulder, Colorado will always be my hometown, even though I haven’t lived there for many years.  Boulder was a great place to grown up with lots to do.  After graduating from Boulder High, I moved out of Boulder and have lived in the north area for all of my adult life.   I got in to the mortgage industry after a few years at the University of Northern Colorado just until I figured out what I “wanted to be when I grew up”.  Somewhere in my 30 plus years in the industry, in all facets of Operations from receptionist through post close and a very brief 3 month venture in to Sales,  I decided this is what I want to be!  I love Operations and thrive where there is opportunity to build a strong, scalable and resilient Operations team to support our Sales partners.   I have managed various sized teams and several combinations of roles and what has stayed consistent is my passion for coaching and leading Operations teams.  I am the VP of Operations at Zenith Home Loans. The amazing people and culture at Zenith inspire me every day to match their drive and give my best to the people here and even beyond to an industry that has given so much to me and my family by way of providing a great career doing what I love.
